Withdrawal – Return – Replacement of Products
The customer of ... has the right to return the product he bought and request its replacement in the following cases:
In any case of the sale of an incorrect product or a product of poor or defective quality with proven fault of STREET COUTURE
In cases where there was a problem - a defect in the product.
In the above cases, after receiving the product, the customer must return it within (10) ten calendar days from the day of receipt. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, undamaged and in their packaging, accompanied by all documents and original purchase receipts. In case the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, STR may not accept any return and replacement. The cost of transport for the return is borne by the customer, after consultation.
